A Professional perspective.

"A healthy and thriving institution depends on community support, and education is the backbone of a healthy and thriving community. They are not mutually exclusive".

For more than three decades, Keith has guided numerous teams in the hospitality industry.

Keith brings a proven track record of leadership, fiscal responsibility, and building teams that serve people with dignity and care-values he believes are at the heart of a great education. That same spirit has guided his life outside of work, whether as a former foster parent or as a volunteer at Oaks of Righteousness serving those right here in our community

"When I started working with Keith in 2019, I honestly didn't like him very much. I never would have guessed he'd end up being one of my favorite bosses. I've seen how much he cares about his employees, our guests, and doing the right thing. He's always treated me with respect, supported me as a working mom, and been flexible whenever i've needed it. He leads by example, brings people together, and creates a team that actually works well together. Keith has earned my trust and respect, and I cant think of many people i'd be more confident putting in a leadership role."

"Working under Keith has been enormously enlightening. During my career, he has led by example and sets the standard. Creating an atmosphere thats rooted in trust, accountability and respect; something I'll forever be grateful for. Thank you for continuing to try to bring out the best in the people around you. I hope to follow the same path and hopefully impact the people I surround in such a way that Keith has impacted me"
